How it works
DrPraxo uses clinic tokens so patients know when they’ll be seen — and doctors keep one queue for online and counter visits.
Patients search by specialty and location, then open an approved clinic profile with fees and availability.
NORMAL tokens follow regular slot timing. VIP tokens are for patients who need priority / skip-the-queue options when the clinic enables them.
Checkout shows consultation and platform fees clearly. After payment, the token joins the clinic queue.
Arrive at the clinic, complete the consultation, and keep records, vitals, and lab reports in the app for next time.
